1. Fulfillment of Services
We provide digital services, which include:
Private 1:1 coaching sessions
Group coaching programs
Online masterclasses and workshops
Digital resources and recorded trainings
After purchase, you will receive:
A confirmation email with details of your booking or program access
Login/access instructions or calendar links typically within 5 minutes to 24 hours
Any relevant onboarding materials or schedules
Please note: No automated link will be provided for refunds. To request a refund, you must contact us directly via email at support@koach-inc.com.
If you do not receive your access email within 24 hours, please reach out and we’ll support you right away.
2. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely via Stripe or other approved third-party gateways. You will receive an invoice and confirmation email upon successful checkout.
For multi-payment plans, recurring charges will happen automatically based on the interval agreed during checkout (e.g., monthly).
3. Refund Policy — 100% Love-It or Leave-It Guarantee
We want you to feel completely safe and aligned in saying yes to this journey — that’s why we offer a 100% Love-It or Leave-It Guarantee.
If you complete the program or session and genuinely feel you didn’t receive real value — whether that’s clarity, momentum, or insights you can apply — simply email support@koach-inc.com within 7 days of completion and we’ll issue you a full refund.
No guilt. No pressure. Just honesty and mutual respect.
Refunds are not issued for:
No-shows to private sessions
Partial participation in group programs
Change of mind after program materials are accessed (unless the experience lacked promised value)
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
1:1 Coaching Sessions:
Rescheduling is available with at least 24 hours’ notice using your calendar link.
Sessions canceled within 24 hours or missed entirely are forfeited and not eligible for refund.
Group Programs & Masterclasses:
These are non-cancellable once enrolled.
However, replays are provided when available, and full support continues through the program.
